The Privacy Policy applies to all persons who visit the Website, as well as to any actions they may perform on the Website.

You have the following data subject’s rights, which you will be able to exercise after having submitted to us a relevant request (by e-mail: info@klaipeda.lt; by post to: Liepų str. 11, 91502, Klaipėda) and having duly confirmed your identity: To access your personal data and receive information on how they are processed; To request the rectification of inaccurate personal data related to you, as well as to request incomplete personal data completed; To request that the Klaipėda City Municipality Administration (hereinafter ‘the Administration’) delete personal data related to you, if:

  • They are no longer necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
  • You withdraw your consent and there is no other legal ground for processing your personal data;
  • Personal data have been processed unlawfully,
  • On other grounds set out in the Regulation; 
To request the Administration to restrict the processing of your personal data; To receive your personal data provided to the Administration in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (you also have the right to request the Administration to transfer your personal data to another data controller); You also have the right to object to the processing of the personal data concerning you (e.g., for direct marketing purposes or otherwise).
